The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to procure a contract for Appraisal Services for the Real Estate Division for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington District. This contract is for appraisal services for the state of Kentucky. Performance will be a one year base period with four additional one year option periods. This will be a performance-based, commercial item, firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract, with a not-to-exceed amount of $950,000.00 over the entire contract period. The contract will be awarded based on the best value trade off method in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13, as determined by the contracting officer and has been evaluated as the most advantageous to the Government, all factors considered. All responsive quotes will be evaluated utilizing the following technical factors: (A) Professionally Trained for the Type of Work; (B) Experience; and (C) Past Performance. Technical Factors and other non-priced factors (A) through (C) are listed in descending order of importance. All non-price factors are significantly more important than price.
