USACE Norfolk District anticipates a firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for preventative and demand maintenance of facility systems at Ft. Buchanan, San Juan, and Ramey Unit School, Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, covering five buildings at Ft. Buchanan (~320,870 GSF) and one school at Aguadilla (~122,539 GSF). Work includes ongoing operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, kitchen equipment, facility controls, playgrounds, plumbing, electrical, fire alarms, building systems, roofs, and related components. The anticipated solicitation issuance is on or about January 2027, with a 12-month base period plus four option years (five years total), and a virtual industry day is scheduled for Nov. 16, 2026, from 0900–1000 EST. The contract will include a $20,000 limit of liability per single demand-maintenance event for material and labor, without an annual cap on occurrences.
