This pre-solicitation notice covers a future project to construct a Confidence Obstacle Course (CFOC) and a sheltered bleacher area with lightning protection. The CFOC will include 24 obstacle stations, directional and obstacle signage, and a 10-foot maneuver trail between obstacles for training or emergency vehicle movement, with the ability to bypass an obstacle on one side. A roughly half-acre Tactical Assembly Area will be cleared in the center of the course, with an entrance trail from TA-27, and gravel and fill dirt will be added for drainage and flat cleared surfaces. Facilities must be designed for a minimum 40-year life under DoD Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC 1-200-02), including energy efficiency, building envelope, and integrated building systems performance. The actual solicitation is expected around October 2026, and the drawing and specification package will be included with it.
