The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is procuring multidiscipline design and/or other engineering services under the Selection of Architects and Engineers Statute (Brooks Act) through a multiple award contract (MATOC). Services will primarily support projects within or assigned predominantly to the Norfolk District (NAO) Area of Responsibility. Contract capacity may be shared with the North Atlantic Division (NAD) AOR and other Department of War agencies or USACE districts, subject to Contracting Officer approval and Contractor acceptance. The MATOC will support the Norfolk District and all its programs.
