This is a multiple-award task order contract for multidiscipline design and other engineering services under the federal Architects and Engineers selection statute. The work primarily supports design projects within or assigned predominantly to the Norfolk District area of responsibility, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Contract capacity may also be shared with the North Atlantic Division AOR and other Department of War agencies or USACE districts, subject to Contracting Officer approval and Contractor acceptance. The MATOC will support the Norfolk District and all its programs.
