Pha... 10/26/2023: Revision made to the attachment to remove the second sentance from question #6 as it is not applicable. The citywide, Norfolk CSRM Program is split into five (5) implementation phases. Phase 1 covers the downtown Norfolk area which extends from Ghent through Downtown Norfolk, connecting to the Ohio Creek Watershed project, which is split into Phases 1A and 1B, and Phase 1A is split into two acquisitions: (1) Phase 1A - Pump Stations and Tide Gate (DB) and (2) Phase 1A – Wall/Levee and Living Shoreline (Design-Bid-Build (DBB)). This Stand Alone, “C” Type Contract is intended to cover Phase 1A – Pump Stations and Tide Gate (DB) from Berkley Bridge to Campostella (excluding the Casino parcel) as shown in Figure 1 below. The scope may include, but is not limited to, new construction of a tide gate, sliding or swinging gate closures, and pumps stations with required utility relocations and installation for the noted areas. The Contractor shall be required to perform all work in accordance with the access and security requirements of the customer. This contract will cover DB construction and is anticipated to have a construction duration of 1,825 calendar days (5 years) from Notice to Proceed.
