Prospective offers are encouraged to read and follow the Solicitation instructions (page 4) and submit the quote package prior to the deadline stated on this notice. 10/30/2023: This is a non-personal services contract to provide facilitated supervisor development training to supervisor personnel working at Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk District. The contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, travel, and other items necessary to perform supervisor development services as defined in the performance work statement. Services to include in-house face-to-face facilitation for 64 supervisors. 6 months of follow-on hybrid learning via online learning system also will be included. The contractor will work with Norfolk district supervisors to collaborate on ways and means to recruit, retain, and lead a hybrid organization in 2023 to 2028.
