The Norfolk District, Corps of Engineers is conducting Market Research to identify potential Sources for a firm fixed price Design-Build, Road Reconstruction project for the Front Entrance of HSAAP in Kingsport, TN. The work will take place on roads outside of the main entrance. The work includes the design and construction of approximately 44,600 square feet of full depth road reconstruction/repair work and may also include an additional option of approximately 39,200 square feet of 1.5inch mill and pave repair work.
