This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9123621R5039 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05 effective March 10, 2021, FAR Class Deviation 14-01 (DEC 2014), FAR Class Deviation 2019-01 Rev 1 (AUG 2020), FAR Class Deviation 20-04 Rev 1(AUG 2020), FAR Class Deviation 2020-05 (APR 2020), and FAR Class Deviation 2020-05 Rev 2(DEC 2020). The small business size standard is $19,500,000.00. This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer Norfolk District requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing Janitorial Services within designated facility. Facilities that are 3,000 Square Feet or less are required to be cleaned two (2) times per week while facilities that are 3,001 square feet or more are required to be cleaned three (3) times per week. The contractor shall perform the following work for Group 4. Group 4 facilities range from 2076 sq feet – 3600 sq feet. Work shall be performed Monday-Friday excluding all federal holidays and other days specifically designated by the Real Estate POC. Work shall take place between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, or by appointment scheduled in advance, with each recruiting service. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, inspections, personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, transportation, and other items necessary to perform janitorial services as described in the schedule of janitorial services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers leased space. Janitorial Service applies to all designated spaces, including, but not limited to, halls, restrooms, offices, work areas, entranceways, lobbies, common areas, test room areas and storage room areas. The period of performance is anticipated to be a base year with two (2) optional years of services.
