The removal of IFP’s, which are approximately 60” x 60”, will be from classroom walls and will be transported to a specified location within the school building for storage. Some IFP’s are mounted onto various dry erase white boards that are mounted to the wall as well as directly to the wall surface. The work includes repairing the walls and repainting to color match existing walls and area of boards that are removed.

The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify qualified small business concerns that are interested in and capable of performing the work described herein and posted as a market research tool only. Project Description: Removal of Interactive Flat Panels (IFP’s) and wall repair/repainting at Camp LeJeune Schools and Fort Bragg Schools in North Carolina. The Camp LeJeune Schools are as follows: Bitz Intermediate School Brewster Middle School Heroes Elementary School Tarawa Terrace Elementary School The Fort Bragg Schools are as follows: Albritton Middle School Bowley Elementary School Devers Elementary School Hampton Elementary School Irwin Intermediate School Shughart Elementary School Shughart Middle School The removal of IFP’s, which are approximately 60” x 60”, will be from classroom walls and will be transported to a specified location within the school building for storage. Some IFP’s are mounted onto various dry erase white boards that are mounted to the wall as well as directly to the wall surface. The work includes repairing the walls and repainting to color match existing walls and area of boards that are removed. Work and painting can only begin once school’s let out for the summer and must finish prior to students returning back to classrooms. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. The NAICS code applicable to this requirement is 238320, with a small business standard of $16.5 million. Capability Statement: We are requesting that all interested and qualified small businesses respond to this sources sought notice with a capability statement not to exceed three (3) double-sided pages. At a minimum, the statement shall include: Firm’s name, address, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail address. Firm’s Cage Code and DUNS number. Firm’s interest in bidding on the solicitation when it is issued. Provide examples of your capability to successfully execute contracts of similar nature by detailing comparable work performed with brief descriptions of a minimum of three similar previous projects performed within the last 5 years (customer name, timeliness of performance, type of work, and dollar value of the project). Firm’s status as either a small or large business.
