The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer Norfolk District requests response from qualified sources capable of providing custodial services for Norfolk District Headquarters Office, US Army Corps of Engineers. Administrative building: floors 1-4 of Building 11 including all offices, storerooms, auditorium, toilets, hallways, entryways, lounge or eating areas, outside walkways, interior and all exterior windows, blinds, light fixtures, and all parking areas adjacent to the building.
