The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a field facility located in Gathright Dam, in Covington, Virginia. As part of the maintenance of the facility, janitorial services are required. Services include disposal of trash, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming multiple buildings, washing and disinfecting bathrooms, filling soap and paper dispensers, sweeping balconies and walkways, and cleaning exterior parking and picnic areas. Services will be provided three times per week during the peak season (1 April – 30 November) and two times per week in the off season (1 December – 31 March). The initial term of this contract is for one (1) base year with a four (4) year renewal option.
