The scope of work includes all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other services, as required to clean, replace sealant, conduct repointing and conduct repairs in Courts 7, 8 and 9 at Arlington National Cemetery (ANC). This project will also include the replacement of the roof of the west committal shelter as well minor cosmetic repairs to maintain an appearance consistent with that of the west committal shelter. Columbarium Courts 7 and 9 will be cleaned in their entirety. Court 8 was cleaned during the second phase of the Columbarium Project. Repointing, sealant, Dutchmen, and other repairs will be jointly identified by ANC Engineering and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers field office. The roof membrane of the west committal shelter will be removed and replaced. The roof drains and drain covers will be cleaned and repaired as necessary. Damaged finishes will be removed and repaired, the finish type will match the east ceremonial shelter. The electrical box cover will be removed and replaced, outlets and any fixtures will be removed and replaced as well. Limestone claddings will be treated, cleaned or re-corked.
