The contractor shall provide all management, labor, tools, supplies, equipment, fuel, and transportation (except noted within the Performance Work Statement) necessary to maintain custodial services for the Norfolk District Headquarters Office in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition, healthy, pest and disease free, thriving, attractive, clean, neat and professional appearance. The building is located at 803 Front Street Norfolk, VA 23510. The contractor is required to provide all cleaning supplies/materials to meet the requirements of the contract. Cleaning products shall inhibit the growth of mold and mildew kill bacterial organisms, clean and deodorize. Materials such as toilet paper, hand soap, for dispensers in the restrooms, cleaning cloths, sponges, scrub brushes, spray bottles, buckets, garbage bags and disposable towels will be furnished by the Contractor. Contractor will furnish all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as rubber gloves, glasses, goggles and face masks as needed. Cost of supplies and materials should be taken into consideration when calculating bids. The NAICS code applicable to this requirement is 561720, with a small business size standard of $18 million.
