This is a design-build project to construct a 45,025 square foot Communications Squadron headquarters facility, including all supporting site improvements and utilities. The facility must comply with specific Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and Air Force standards, including antiterrorism and force protection requirements. The procurement is an unrestricted, best value trade-off process, where award will be based on the greatest overall benefit considering both technical and price proposals, not just the lowest price. The solicitation will be available on or about 16 April 2026 and will be posted on SAM.gov. Offerors are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for any amendments, as the procurement may be delayed, cancelled, or revised.
