FMR Camp Swift 25-27 JAN19-The Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to provide mobile Medical/Dental services to include: periodic health assessments, hearing examinations, labs, vaccines, vision exams, corrective eyewear, MEDPROS data entry, annual dental exams, digital bitewing radiographs, digital panoramic radiographs, DENCLASS data entry for all radiographs and dental records, identification and treatment (to 90+%) of all Class 3 soldiers. Services are to be completed on site and in accordance with the PWS incorporated herein and the Event Summary for details.
