Description of Supplies: ARCENT FWD requires Office: 45 Mesh High-Back Chairs; 30 Visitor Chairs; 50 Mahogan Color Desks; and 5 Upright vacuum cleaners. This RFQ is for Office Furniture items to be delivered and set-up in the offices and workspaces in Kuwait. This purchase of furniture will replace dated and broken items. Contractor shall be responsible for delivery, assembly, and removal of existing furniture. Pictures MUST be provided for the actual product being offered. All questions must be submitted in writing and sent via email no later than 1600 07 September 2023 (AST). Quotes for this solicitation are due no later than 12:00PM on 08 September 2023 (AST). This contract will be awarded and paid in US dollars. Payments shall be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), unless circumstances beyond a contractor's control prevent this.
