The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Kansas City District has a need for the installation of new underground electric service cables to campsites 1 thru 11 and 28 thru 39 in the A-Area Outlet Park, using directional boring, at the Melvern Lake Project, in Melvern, Kansas. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the installation as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall comply with all Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, statutes and regulations pertaining to the provided services
