The Department of the Army is seeking proposals for long-term Enhanced Use Leases (EULs) to develop mineral processing facilities at Anniston Army Depot, Fort Drum, and/or Pine Bluff Arsenal. The lease term is 50 years, with a possible renewal option, and consideration must be at least fair market value in cash, in-kind, or a combination. Selected lessees will be responsible for designing, financing, constructing, operating, and decommissioning the facility, with no financial contribution from the Army.
