Enhanced Use Lease for Mineral Processing Facilities
The Department of the Army seeks proposals for long-term Enhanced Use Leases of land at Anniston Army Depot, Fort Drum, and/or Pine Bluff Arsenal for the design, financing, construction, and operation of mineral processing facilities. The lease term is 50 years, with a potential renewal option. The required consideration from the lessee must be at least the fair market value, provided as in-kind contributions, cash, or a combination. The selected offeror is fully responsible for all project costs and compliance with laws, with no financial commitment from the Army. The project must not interfere with ongoing military missions or the surrounding community.
