Synopsis W911N2-20-Q-0055 Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a firm-fixed price supply contract for the purchase of polyethylene foam sheets (dimensions of 24X54X2”). Salient Characteristics will be provided with the solicitation. The resulting contract will be a one-time purchase order. The procurement will be a Total 100% Small Business Set Aside. The 2019 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 326140, Polystyrene Foam Product Manufacturing, the size standard is 1000 employees and the product code is 8135. Resulting order will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. Solicitation number W911N2-20-Q-0055 will be released on or about 26 AUG 2020 with a closing date on or about 09 SEP 2020. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. Negative replies are also sought. Letterkenny Army Depot is seeking information concerning the availability of contractors to provide a total quantity of 480 each sheets of soft, gray, polyethylene foam. The dimensions are to be 24X54X2” For the purposes of the RFI, the Federal Supply Code (FSC) is 8135 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 326140 – Polystyrene Foam Product Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 1,000 employees.
