Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a solicitation for a Single Award Master Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Equipment Calibration and Repair Services in support of the Guam National Guard Medical Detachment in Barrigada, Guam. The total value of all orders placed under the master BPA will not exceed $250,000, with no individual order exceeding $25,000. The government is not obligated to purchase a minimum amount, and orders will be issued via email on a 12-month basis as needed. Required submission documents include signed Instructions to Offerors, a Price Proposal, a Technical capabilities statement, and an SF30 form. The government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation without reimbursing offerors for any costs.
