Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The USPFO for Guam seeks a single vendor to establish a Master Blanket Purchase Agreement for equipment calibration and repair services for the GUARNG Medical Detachment in Guam. The total value of all orders under this agreement will not exceed $250,000, with no individual order exceeding $30,000. Services will be performed on an as-needed basis via email requests, and the government is not obligated to purchase any minimum amount. The selected vendor must submit a complete proposal package including specific required documents. The government reserves the right to add or remove contractors from the agreement at its discretion.
