Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The U.S. Property and Fiscal Office for Guam seeks to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to provide child care services for the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program. The total value of all orders placed under each master BPA will not exceed $500,000, with a maximum of $25,000 for any single order. Services will be performed within the Territory of Guam. The government intends to award up to three BPAs and will rotate service orders among the holders. There is no guaranteed minimum amount of work, and the government may add or remove contractors at its discretion.
