Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a solicitation for multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to provide catered boxed meals in support of Guam National Guard training. The services are to be performed on the island of Guam. The total value of all orders placed under each master BPA shall not exceed $250,000, with a maximum of $25,000 for any single order. There is no guaranteed minimum amount of work. The government intends to award up to four vendors, and orders will be rotated among them.
