This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W911YU-24-Q-A007. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ.) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 (22 May 2024) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change 29 July 2024, and Service Contract Act Wage Determination #2015-5693, Revision #22, 22 July 2024.The Guam Army National Guard intends to execute multiple-award Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) that maximizes local competition. The quotations shall be evaluated based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is NAICS 621210 Offices of Dentists, Size Standard $9,000,000 MIL. This will be awarded as a 100% Full and Open Competition. Responders should include all documents and information requested submitted in accordance with the instructions herein.
