If your small business (or large business) firm is interested in this requirement, your company must be registered on www.sam.gov as a qualified small business under the NAICS code “334510 – Electromedical & electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing” (or very similar NAICS code) which has a Small Business Size Standard of $35 million. The current intent is to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) commercial competitive contract for DREEM Sleep Monitoring Head Bands. Your responses will help assist the Government in the development of its acquisition strategy for a possible Request for Proposal (RFP), to be possibly issued at a later date, and help determining whether any type of small business set-aside is possible for this procurement or whether full and open competitive procedures should be utilized.
