The Northern America Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 333921 – Elevator and Moving Stairway Manufacturer. The size standard is 1000 EMP. This combined synopsis/solicitation shall be the only request for quote; an addition solicitation will not be published. The Government will not be liable for any cost associated with preparing and providing quote and retains the right to withdraw this notification at any time without notice The Utah Army National Guard has a requirement to purchase the following as a brand name/model specific procurement. A justification and authorization is attached for other than full and open competition. 1 each, Stertil KONI 2-Post Freedom lift model number SK 2.30-33. Stertil-KONI SK 2.30-33 Two-post 30,000 lbs capacity with 4 double telescoping arms vehicle lift. Stertil-KONI code 35062000. 1 each, installation of Freedom 2 post lift. Interested vendors may submit a quote that is equal to the brand name/model above or equivalent in specifications. The quoted product, including the above, must meet the following specifications: 1. Unlimited vehicle height. 2. Open floor with no overhead cross-bar. 3. 4 double telescopic arms with automatic locking feature. 4. Lifting capacity of 30,000 lbs. 5. Automatic overload protection. 6. Automatic height limiter. 7. ANSI/ALI-ALCTV certified. 8. 4-5 hp power output. 9. Power requirement is 3 phase 460V. 10. 78.5 lift height under vehicle. 11. 2 year warranty parts and labor at work site. 12. Installation EVALUATION FACTORS: Award will be made on the basis of lowest price technically acceptable. Technical specifications will be evaluated and, if the specifications are determined to be acceptable, price will then be considered. Technical considerations may include the quality of the product, warranties, and the expected delivery time and installation. Please include expected delivery time and full description and specifications with your proposal. The Government may elect to award to other than lowest price if the lowest price does not best meet technical specifications. SAM REGISTRATION: All firms or individuals responding must meet all standards required to conduct business with the Government, including registration with SAM and WAWF/iRAPT, and be in good standing with the Government. The System for Award Management (SAM) and Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System (FAPISS) will be reviewed for responding vendors to determine if the vendor is in good standing. All qualified responses will be considered by the Government. Quotes must include CAGE/DUNS number, federal tax number and company's point of contact information. In accordance with FAR 52.212-1(k), prospective awardees shall be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award and be in good standing.
