DESCRIPTION: This combined synopsis/solicitation and is being issued as sole source brand name for all businesses. The Northern America Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 511210 – Software Publishes. The size standard is $41.5 million. NAICS codes 333515 and 333517 with sized standards of 500 EMP are also acceptable. This combined synopsis/solicitation shall be the only request for quote; an addition solicitation will not be published. The Government will not be liable for any cost associated with preparing and providing quote and retains the right to withdraw this notification at any time without notice The Utah Army National Guard has a requirement to purchase the following: 1 each, GibbsCAM 3D Solid Surface Milling and Turning Package, and 1 each, Post Processor Milling and Turning Post Processor. The GibbsCAM 3D Solid Surface Milling and Turning package includes: Mill Module - create 2, 2.5 and 3 axis geometry. Generate 2, 2.5 and 3 axis tool paths, including drilling contouring, and pocketing. Lathe module – Quickly create 2 axis geometry. Generate 2 axis tool paths with no air cutting and automatic clearance calculation. Live tooling position only milling is also included. Solid Import – Import solid model designs from Parasolid and IGES format CAD files and ability to machine with Mill Module functionality. Also includes the direct read of SolidWorks and Solid Edge. ACIS (SAT read) is optional. Advance CS – Multiple coordinate systems with 4 and 5 axis rotary positioning capabilities. Exchange – Import and export IGES and DXF and DWG file formats. SolidSurfacer - Create and machine complex 3 axis solid and suface part models. Import Parasolid and IGES CAD files with ability to repair and modify. Directly open Solid Edge and Solid Works file models. EVALUTION FACTORS: Award will be made on the basis of lowest price technically acceptable. Technical specifications will be evaluated and, if the specifications are determined to be acceptable, price will then be considered. Technical considerations may include the quality of the product, warranties, and the expected delivery time and installation. Please include expected delivery time and full description and specifications with your proposal. The Government may elect to award to other than lowest price if the lowest price does not best meet technical specifications. SAM REGISTRATION: All firms or individuals responding must meet all standards required to conduct business with the Government, including registration with SAM and WAWF/iRAPT, and be in good standing with the Government. The System for Award Management (SAM) and Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System (FAPISS) will be reviewed for responding vendors to determine if the vendor is in good standing. All qualified responses will be considered by the Government. Quotes must include CAGE/DUNS number, federal tax number and company's point of contact information. In accordance with FAR 52.212-1(k), prospective awardees shall be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award and be in good standing.
