This combined synopsis/solicitation shall be the only request for quote; an addition solicitation will not be published. The Government will not be liable for any cost associated with preparing and providing quote and retains the right to withdraw this notification at any time without notice The Utah Army National Guard has a requirement to purchase the following: Secure storage lockers for cell phones and other portable electronic devices. The UTARNG intends to award a single firm fixed price award for these 46 locker units to the vendor that meets the following specifications: 1. Each unit must have 25 doors with the ability to hold 24 phones. The 25th door is for master access or emergency lock-out access. There will be 46 units and each shall have 25 doors (24 usable doors). 2. Door size is 6.5” W x 5.25” H x 9” D. 3. Each 25 door unit should not exceed 37” W x 31” H x 9.5” D. 4. Weight should not exceed 85 pounds. 5. Each unit must be surface mountable, and be fully enclosed (i.e. the wall will not act as the rear enclosure for the lockers. 6. Each door must have resettable combination locks only – no keyed doors. A solid door, similar to a school locker is preferred. Keyed locks or hasps for combination locks are not acceptable. 7. Color of the units should be either brown or silver. 8. The UTARNG will install the lockers. Lockers will be delivered to 17800 Camp Williams Road, Bldg 5170, Bluffdale, UT 84065, or a building nearby. The phone lockers will not be assigned to individual users. The combination locks are to be manufactured into the locker and will be resetable by each individual user, similar to a hotel room safe . Evaluations Factors: Award will be made on the basis of lowest price technically acceptable. The UTARNG prefers a single delivery. Please include expected delivery time and full description and specifications with your proposal. The Government may elect to award to other than lowest price if it is determined that the lowest price is not technically acceptable or has an excessive delivery lead time. All firms or individuals responding must meet all standards required to conduct business with the Government, including registration with SAM and WAWF/iRAPT, and be in good standing with the Government. The System for Award Management (SAM) and Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System (FAPISS) will be reviewed for responding vendors to determine if the vendor is in good standing. All qualified responses will be considered by the Government. Quotes must include CAGE/DUNS number, federal tax number and company's point of contact information.
