NAICAS 33249 is also acceptable. This combined synopsis/solicitation shall be the only request for quote; an addition solicitation will not be published. The Government will not be liable for any cost associated with preparing and providing quote and retains the right to withdraw this notification at any time without notice The Utah Army National Guard has a requirement to purchase the following: 1 each, Haas ST-20 CNC Lathe, 15” x 22.5” max capacity, 2.5” bar, 21’ swing, 20HP vector drive, 4000 RPM A2-6 Spindle, 8.3” chuck 12 station bolt on turret, 15” color LCD monitor, memory lock keyswitch, USB port and rigid tapping, standard toolholder kit included with BOT turret. Automatic tool presetter, and manual modes. Belt type chip conveyor, chip strainer. Programmable hydraulic tailstock. MT4. Tooling allowance/preventative maintenance program. Specific Needs: power requirement of 220V or 440V, computer numeric controls/compatible with mill, 21 inch swing 8.3 inch chuck, 12 station bolt on turret, programmable tailstock, chip conveyor with tray, auto tool pre-setter, 4000 RPM spindle with rigid tapping. Include shipping, if any, in your quote. Evaluations Factors: Award will be made on the basis of best value. Price will be the primary consideration. Technical specifications may also be considered equal importance to price, especially if the lowest price does not does not meet the specifications above.
