Include shipping, if any, in your quote. Evaluations Factors: Award will be made on the basis of best value. Price will be the primary consideration. Technical specifications may also be considered equal importance to price, especially if the lowest price is not a professional grade product or does not have the superior specifications comparable to the Shark Rotator Professional Lift Away. All firms or individuals responding must meet all standards required to conduct business with the Government, including registration with SAM and WAWF/iRAPT, and be in good standing with the Government.
