W911YP19R2100 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is being solicited as Small Business Set-A-Side and Open competition in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(b)(1) if it cannot be determined that two or more responsible small businesses can provide quotes for this requirement. This procurement is being solicited under NAICS code 339920, Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing, which has a small business size standard of 1,000 employees business size. This requirement will be fulfilled under one firm-fixed price contract and be filled by a single vendor. The government is soliciting the services of vendors that can provide one (1) each Combo Boxer (punching bag and soccer ball) H: 90" W: 36" D: 51" and two (2) each Single Boxer (punching bag) H: 88" W: 28" D: 49" with lifetime technical support, 2 year limited warranty (defective parts with exception), 90 day limited warranty (bag bladder, front panel, start buttons). CONTRACT TYPE/EVALUATION FACTORS: The Contract type for this procurement will be firm-fixed price and award evaluation criteria will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. The Lowest Price Technically acceptable source selection process is appropriate when best value is expected to result from selection of the technically acceptable proposal with the lowest evaluated price. The award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards of this solicitation. The evaluation of this requirement will also be based on being able to provide a model that meets the dimensions described in this solicitation.
