If not transporting the brass in open bed trailer or truck the vendor will be responsible to provide the containers that the brass will be hauled in. The UTNG will weigh the brass while the driver of the hauling vehicle is present to verify the brass weight being loaded on to their vehicle. If the awardee wants to verify the weight they must provide the UTNG with a certified empty weight before arriving to pick-up, and after being loaded.
