This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This acquisition is utilizing NAICS 611430 Professional and Management Development Training with the small business size standard being $11 million. This acquisition currently has no Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) ratings. This requirement is subject to availability of funding per FAR 52.232-18. The Utah National Guard has a requirement to procure non-personal training support services to support Utah National Guard (UTNG) professional development requirements. Specifically, a Project Management two-day training course and additional course materials for students of the Utah National Guard. Details on the requirement are to follow. Introduction: This is a SOURCES SOUGHT notice to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses (to include the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB), HubZONE, Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), and Woman Owned Small Businesses) to provide the necessary training support services required. This Sources Sought Synopsis is requesting responses to the following criteria ONLY from small businesses that can provide the required services under the NAICS Code identified. In order to make a determination for a small business set-aside, two or more qualified and capable small businesses must submit responses that demonstrate their qualifications. Responses must demonstrate the company's ability to perform in accordance with the Limitations on subcontracting clause (FAR 52.219-14).
