Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This acquisition is utilizing NAICS 337215 Showcase, Partition, Shelving and Locker Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This acquisition currently has no Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) ratings. This requirement is subject to availability of funding per FAR 52.232-18. The Utah National Guard has a requirement to procure Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment (OCIE) lockers to secure Special Forces (SF) soldiers individual clothing/equipment to be delivered and installed for the 19th SFG(A), located at 17800 S Camp Williams Rd Bldg, BLDG 9500 Bluffdale, Utah 84065. Details on the requirement are in the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. A site visit and walkthrough will be conducted at this location on July 09, 2019 at 9:30 AM (MST) to allow potential contractors to determine all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable including but not limited to measurements and location of structural impediments, and electrical outlets. This is a secure facility. Contractors interested in the walkthrough must RSVP prior to the site visit so access to the facility and building can be facilitated. A government issued driver's license or identification card must be possessed by all individuals seeking access to the site. All Quotations are due by 3PM MST on 30 JUL 2019.
