This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in reference to all required items contained in this Request for Quote (RFQ). Evaluation of the quote will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) response, which will be determined to represent the Best Value to the government. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-02 effective 6 May 2019, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation DPN 20190215, effective 15 February 2019, and AFARS Revision #27, effective 1 Jun 2018.
