This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. Please see the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. NOTE: This is an ALL OR NONE solicitation; vendors who cannot provide all items listed in the solicitation within the required timeframe shall NOT be considered for award. When considering units of issue, vendors shall submit quotations for the lowest amount of packages/cases/etc. that will satisfy the stated requirement in the supply listing. Example: If the requirement is 50 EA and the item is packaged in cases of 20, the vendor shall submit a quotation for 3 cases, which would total 60 EA, therefore meeting the minimum requirement. If further clarification is needed for this requirement, please contact the contracting office for guidance. In addition to submitting a quote, vendors MUST also complete the required fill-in sections within the solicitation on page 2.
