AMRT HD Marine Observation Camera
A life cycle replacement is needed for a critical component of the FG35AM Infrared Camera (SeaFLIR-230), which is the primary equipment used for reconnaissance and observation. The requirement is for a commercial off-the-shelf digital open array marine radar offering high signal accuracy and excellent reliability. The platform must include an HD pan-tilt-zoom day/night camera with two-axis gyro stabilization, an 8MP CMOS sensor, 30x optical zoom, and a field of view from 75° to 1.18°. It also requires thermal detection up to 35 km via a cooled mid-wave infrared imager, a 12 km laser range finder, continuous zoom, slew-to-cue command and control software (NMEA 0183), GPS, and an IP67-rated rugged housing. No budget amounts or performance location are specified.
