A1: No, the venue just needs to be located within the Daytona Beach city. Q2: What time will government personnel arrive on December 6th for setup, and are there any specific security clearance requirements for contractor personnel? A2: At 6am on day of event for set-up as for the event check-in starts at 7am. Q3: Is there a menu approval process required before the event, and are there any specific dietary restrictions or cultural considerations beyond the allergen requirements mentioned? A3: No, menu has to meet PWS requirements. Q4: Will the government provide any coordination for attendee parking, or is the contractor responsible for all parking management and signage?
