Background: Meals for 238 guardsmen are needed for the 3-116th FA BN Annual Training as follows: 23 April - 5 May Breakfast (0630 - 0800) 238 x 13 days = 3,094 meals 22 April - 4 May Dinner (1700 - 1830) 238 x 13 day = 3,094 meals Meals will be prepared and served at the barracks area dining facility on Camp Blanding, Starke, FL 32091.
