****Addendum 03**** For clarification and correction to Combined synopsis/Solicitation: Pg3 sec 4.2 added: Basis of award in compliance with FAR 13.106-3 and acceptability with SOW. Evaluation of price will be performed using one or more of the price analysis techniques in FAR 13.106-3. Through these techniques the Government will determine whether prices are reasonable, complete, and are not unbalanced. No other changes at this time. *****Addendum 01***** See attached Q&A set 01 for this solicitation, to include a current diagram of PAO for location of current WAP and TVs. NO Other changes at this time. ________________________________________ 1) Provide television service to the Public Affairs Office This will allow for PAO Office to view News Programming in the common area. 2) Provide wireless internet service to the PAO office. This will allow for PAO Office to access social media sites and ability to upload event coverage to media outlets. In addition, they will Install equipment as needed, provide, and maintain commercial high-definition television programming to two televisions within the same location in the PAO common area. See attached SOW for specification details: ***Q&A*** Q1. Who is the incumbant vendor? A1. Previous awardee was a direct award to Comcast. This is currently being solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside. Q2. What was the previous award amount? A2. W911YN21P0005 was an award for a base plus one option year. The total contract amount at the time the last option was exercised was $22,860.05. This amount represents all monthly service charges and one time installation fees of wireless routers over the duration of the two year life of the contract.
