Requirement for hotel rooms and parking space for a Yellow Ribbon Program event in Pinellas Park, Florida with an anticipated 60 rooms needed for Thursday, 19 January 2023 and 20 rooms needed for Friday, 20 January 2023. Room count will be finalized on 28 December, and any necessary adjustments will be made at that time. Seventy parking spots will be needed on Thursday, 19 January 2023, and 70 parking spots are needed for Friday, 20 January 2023. All convention space must be available for exclusive use from 5pm on Thursday, 19 January 2023 until 2pm Friday, 20 January 2023. A site visit of offered hotel may be required prior to award of contract. Last day for questions is Wednesday, 21 December 2022. Please see attached PWS for details.
