Requirement for hotel rooms, conference space, A/V equipment rental, and meals for a Yellow Ribbon Program event in Bradenton, Florida with an anticipated 45 rooms needed for Tuesday, 3 January 2023 and 15 rooms needed for Wednesday, 4 January 2023. Room count will be finalized on 28 December, and any necessary adjustments will be made at that time. All convention space must be available for exclusive use from 5pm on Tuesday, 3 January 2023 until 2pm Wednesday, 4 January 2023.
