PWS, Bid Form and Solicitation have been editied and are Rev1.. *** Attaching current Q&As as of 21 Jan 2022 Requirement for hotel rooms, conference space, A/V equipment rental, and meals for a Yellow Ribbon Program event in Orlando, Florida with an anticipated 50 rooms needed for Friday, 11 March 2022 and 25 rooms needed for Saturday, 12 March 2022. Room count will be finalized on 18 February, and any necessary adjustments will be made at that time. All convention space must be available for exclusive use from 5pm on Friday, 11 March 2022 until 2pm Saturday, 12 March 2022. A site visit of offered hotel/conference facilities may be required prior to award of contract. Please see attached PWS for details. Please complete attached spreadsheet for quote template.
