Requirement for hotel rooms, conference space, A/V equipment rental, and meals for a Yellow Ribbon Program event in Tampa with an anticipated 150 rooms needed for Saturday, 16 October and 80 rooms needed for Sunday, 17 October. Final count will be finalized on 1 October COB, and any necessary adjustments will be made at that time. All convention space must be available for exclusive use from 5pm on Saturday, 16 October 2021 until 2pm Sunday, 17 October 2021. A site visit of offered hotel/conference facilities may be required prior to award of contract. Please see attached PWS for details. Please complete attached spreadsheet for quote.
