Conference/room requirements for Yellow Ribbon Program Event with an anticipated 95 hotel rooms needed for Friday, 10 September and 50 rooms needed for Saturday, 11 September. Final count will be finalized on 3 September 2021 COB, and any necessary adjustments will be made at that time. The actual event will take place on Saturday, 11 September 2021 starting at approximately 7:00am and continuing all day, ending at approximately 2:00pm. All convention space must be available for exclusive use from 5pm on Friday, 10 September 2021 until 2pm Saturday, 11 September 2021. A site visit of offered hotel/conference facilities may be required prior to award of contract. Please see attached PWS for details. Please complete attached spreadsheet for quote.
