***Questions and Answers set 01 is attached*** *** closing date has been moved to 22 July, and updated Bid form correcting # support staff rooms is attached *** Conference/room requirements for Yellow Ribbon Program Event with an anticipated 850 adult guests and 60 children in attendance (total guests 910). Final count will be finalized on the 13th of July 2021 COB any necessary adjustments will be made at that time. The actual event will take place on Saturday, 14 August 2021 starting at approximately 7:00am and continuing all day, ending at approximately 2:00pm. All convention space must be available for exclusive use from 5pm on Friday, 13 August 2021 until 2pm Saturday, 14 August 2021. A site visit of offered hotel/conference facilities may be required prior to award of contract. Please see attached PWS for details. Please complete attached spreadsheet for quote. ***Last day for vendor questions is Wednesday, 15 July 2021 at 12:00 noon.***
