Please refer to the revised bid form. Catered meals at Armory for breakfast, Lunch and refreshments are needed. In addition to convention space, the armory will provide the necessary A/V equipment, so that is also no longer part of the requirement. end change **See attached Q&A answer set 1*** Conference/room requirements for Yellow Ribbon Program Event with an anticipated 50 hotel rooms needed for Friday, 20 August and 30 rooms needed for Saturday, 21 August. Final count will be finalized on 23 July 2021 COB, and any necessary adjustments will be made at that time. The actual event will take place on Saturday, 21 August 2021 starting at approximately 7:00am and continuing all day, ending at approximately 2:00pm. All convention space must be available for exclusive use from 5pm on Friday, 20 August 2021 until 2pm Saturday, 21 August 2021. A site visit of offered hotel/conference facilities may be required prior to award of contract. Please see attached PWS for details.
