**revised PWS to remove "Tampa", ver 21Jun21 is attached Conference/room requirements for Yellow Ribbon Program Event with an anticipated 90 adult guests and 10 children in attendance (total guests 105). Final count will be finalized on the 20th of July 2021 COB any necessary adjustments will be made at that time. The actual event will take place on Saturday, 31 July 2021 starting at approximately 7:00am and continuing all day, ending at approximately 2:00pm. All convention space must be available for exclusive use from 5pm on Friday, 30 July 2021 until 2pm Saturday, 31 July 2021. A site visit of offered hotel/conference facilities may be required prior to award of contract. Please see attached PWS for details. Please complete attached spreadsheet for quote. ***Last day for vendor questions is Wednesday, 30 June 2021 at 12:00 noon.***
