**Change 25 May 2021: The requirement for breakout rooms is no longer needed. Please see the revised Yellow Ribbon Bid Form for your quote.** Conference/room requirements for Yellow Ribbon Program Event with an anticipated 150 adult guests and 20 children in attendance (total guests 170). Final count will be finalized on 1 June 2021 COB. Any necessary adjustments will be made at that time. The actual event will take place on Saturday, 26 June 2021 starting at approximately 7:00am and continuing all day, ending at approximately 2:00pm. All convention space must be available for exclusive use from 5pm on Friday, 25 June 2021 until 2pm Saturday, 26 June 2021. A site visit of offered hotel/conference facilities may be required prior to award of contract. Please see attached PWS for details. Please complete attached spreadsheet for quote. ***Last day for vendor questions is Monday, 24 May 2021 at 12:00 noon.***
