The Contractor shall provide linen cleaning services for the current year and an additional four (4) option years. The types of linens to be cleaned include, but are not limited to, sheets, pillowcase... The Contractor shall provide linen cleaning services for the current year and an additional four (4) option years. The types of linens to be cleaned include, but are not limited to, sheets, pillowcases, mattress covers,blankets, comforters, and bath towels. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the best commercial practices for laundry cleaning services. The contractor shall furnish all management, labor, transportation, pickup and delivery service, and facility operation in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Performance Work Statement (PWS). This includes all laundry and all other tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary and spelled out in this PWS. The contractor shall receive, account for, process, and return all items tendered for cleaning. See PWS for full detail of types, weight and additional information.
